Feeling bit bloated after the buffet dinner with SolidWorks' technical team last night.. Plus with the strong coffee this morning and the new specs.. agh head more groggy..
But i was determined to do abit of cleaning every other day cos not much stamina recently, so that it'd be in time for CNY.. I finally threw away a thin diary which i wrote in 98-99 (Sec 3-4). Couldn't bear to discard it all these years but now when i yet again browse thru, it's indeed really childish haha.. i was not saved then and it's useless info now. Most of the contents were criticisms on classmates and bo liao crushes for some boys in school haha... typical teenager bah haha..
Finally today is the last day of 2008. It has been a great year and God has blessed me a lot! Thanks for all the frens who has made my life more colourful. Thanks DEAR for you love, trust and humorous jokes! Having our last meal of 2008 at Eugene's place tonight and after midnight with G12 leaders at Alan's place.. very long never stay out like tat liao.. think tml i will KO :P

It's been a long time Dear and myself watched a movie.
And it's a good feeling to end the year by watching this great movie on the last Sunday of 2008:
IP MAN
“Ip Man is adapted from the life story of Ip Man (叶问), the grand master of the Wing Chun (永春) style of kung fu and sifu (master) of legendary kung fu superstar Bruce Lee. This movie will be the first important record of the master’s life. Ip’s persistent devotion to Wing Chun is a classic example of the love and respect shown to wushu and the freedom and spirit it represents. Ip Man is a concept, a spirit, a way of thinking - and it represent a new peak in Hong Kong’s wushu movies. ”

Initially when i saw the poster i thought it's another "Jackie Chan" type of action "fighting" show. I never like this kind of kungfu shows last time (maybe bcos i also never watched a Bruce Lee show before). But the realistic moves and majestic music cannot be captured on posters. There are also some scenes with sense of humor that are really funny. More than the actions and kicks, it shows the justice and pride of the Chinese in the midst of the Second Sino-Japanese War.
I'd rate this movie 4.5 out of 5 (just like many reviews). I wish I can watch the original Cantonese version.
Really highly recommended to watch so don't miss it! =)

hm not 100% satisfied but the frame was on very high discount the cheapest ever that i've done so far ($112) (lens very ex when u have high astigmatism) but this is so that i can wear out to work and not look like a kid..
Found a different eating place: 红锅 at Bugis (basement 1) Price affordable and food is nice

Happy 10th month anniversary Dear!! =)

As usual there were not many choices of food places to go. Aston at The Cathay had a crazily long queue. So here we were at..
While Dear went to get some food, I surprised him with a gift!
Shuai Ge with nice watch!
Then went to Carrefour to buy ingredients and sparkling juice. These konnyaku jelly are for tml's "My Hope" gathering!
And i plan to do for our usher thanksgiving party on Sun too!
