I think many of u already know tat i gg JW to serve but my cg is not gg so i will join them at expo whenever i'm off duty.. Of course it is great privilege to be sent there as the pioneering team at JW.. Today at prayer meeting, i just felt a burden when i was praying.. as we sang the worship "..Revive us Lord with You passion once again, I want to care for others like Jesus cares for me.." i teared as the love of God overwhelmed me and God showed me directions to lead the group, and to emphasis on some of the basics of being an usher -- sMiLe and make a difference; how impt these little things are so that we can make a difference to the members, new comers and walk-ins at JW.. Our serving will either lead them towards or away from God/salvation.. Felt the Lord spoke to me that there will be exploding growth in JW and I can be a part of it.. I'm placed there for a purpose -- for a time and season like this.. Really excited and looking forward to personal growth as well even as i step out to give and serve Him in a greater dimension this coming year! =)

Have a good news.. i found a job!! Finally..

Yep it is the company tat i'm working with now on temp contract..
Name of position.. Programme Executive (of SolidWorks)

Good pay: Up to my expectation + training & transport allowances
Good working hours: 5 days wk, 9am-5pm (and they are quite flexible)
Good location: Science Pk II (Pasir Panjang) [Abt 30 min & direct bus]
Good bosses: Generous, reasonable, easy to get along, result-oriented etc
Good prospects/opportunities: I'm the first employee they hiring..
Good facilities: Free coffee/tea everyday + new laptop for my work purpose

Interestingly, the name card and logo is in my fav colour orange! wahaha...

Hihi don't be surprised if no new post for the next 2 days haha cos today will be busy day trying to tie down the lesson notes for tml (and thurs).. gg to teach from 8am-1pm.. Later in the day there will also be an "interview" for the full time position here so i need to show my portfolio. Today will be at the wake til probably quite late..

The show "Brothers" isn't tat fantastic in storyline.. typical HK black society + police show.... just tat there are big shot actors tat's all haha..

Oh ya! Found a new place to hangout! It's a Cineleisure Level 9..
If you wanna watch a movie but nothing interest you at the cinema theatres..

A relaxed Saturday today.. managed to catch some rest and another few episodes of taiwan drama serial.. Relaxed cos procrastinating to do my work.. so now have to continue preparing for the workshop materials.. I still have got a lot to learn! =)

Seldom got spare time to go out with my sis, so today we went to salon together.. I had a hair treatment for the first time at salon.. SO means even prettier now ahah.. No la the difference is not tat noticeable but it feels good.. We also bought our cousin's bday gift.. still waiting to collect mine from her haha! :P The booths set up by JobsCentral at Suntec doesn't have anything much to offer (to me la).. really think they are wasting money cos there was hardly a crowd at all..

Tml gg to wear my new jeans from POA.. It was at $149 but i got it at the sale section at @$20! haha... POA clothes (i learnt from the salesgirl) are from Korea tat's why so ex.. But i know they have a special promotion section inside at the PS outlet so gotten a few things there before which is value for money...

Looking forward to a great svc and duty tml.. evaluating ppl isn't tat easy but i hope they perform well, above and beyond my expectations! =) Lots of planning to do tml for JW too..

Gastric's coming back agh.. after 2 days of wake-up-early-to-eat-breakfast... Timing of meals changed totally.. Wah feeling it very bad now.. gg to sleep le..

Went to meet the D&T HOD and see the computer lab which the workshop will be held next wk.. i need a lot of faith and confidence to teach well man.. Praying that the 40 students can follow through the course and come up with really creative, interesting products.. so that they find it interesting and there will be good evaluation and feedback from everyone..

Shared with my cg the financial testimony.. and also that my dad had been blessed too with a new project and payment.. so i get blessed too! Two Sundays ago, Pst challenged us to give a big offering and write a wish.. of course it was a super big offering and i wanted a job within 2 wks which pays a certain amt.. This freelance project as a Programme Consultant came in really timely (just 2 wks 1 day). Though temp contract pay different.. i got a feeling i can ask for that "certain amt" i wrote or even more if i continue as full time.. God is always on time.. Thinking back, the impression of the amt God gave me during last wk CG didn't seem tat big after all now..

Amazing thing is i'm the first employee in this new company, which means tat there's chance for management or senior positions in future.. They will also send me to be a certified trainer if i take this up full time.. The CEO and COO (my bosses) are really open, humorous, flexible and generous ppl, they are easy to work with.. They really trust me a lot.. Yep stay tuned for updates on this project and the outcome.. So finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.. haha

Praise God!

I've got a freelance project that pays me $1500 for abt 8-9 days of work!!
The software skill and knowledge from NUS came in useful unexpectedly..
So I should thank NUS for letting us learn this engineering software? wahaha
And of course thanks for Kaishen's referral..

Will need to come out with the course outline for SolidWorks this wk and
go to train in Jurongville Sec Sch (if I not wrong) next wk in the mornings..

God is good!
Even before I pledge, God has sent his provision and blessings le!!

THE ONLY CONSTANT IS CHANGE. I had only been in 4S2 for 2 months plus only and things are going to change again haha.. But i love challenges. Actually all my 7 years plus in CHC, whether in CG or UM, I had always been one of those to go forth in pioneering and conquering new ground. It is indeed a privilege. There will be much changes and everyone will be affected in one way of another -- but for a good cause.

People might wonder: Will shifting and starting a new service in Jurong West affect building fund.. of course not! If you had been around and known God long enough hehe.. God is faithful and will do exceeding abundantly above what we can ask or imagine. The amount we give in the end is always above what we pledge..

Some ppl (like Ah Ru) are now thinking abt the nice kopitiam food opposite and curry fish head nearby haha.. the shops opposite must all really be rejoicing.. it's like back to SOT days.. asked biao ge Keng Hoe if he'll be on duty there but he will still come expo on Sun morning with his cg, if he goes JW will only be in afternoon..

So let's gear up for a great breakthrough of growth in the church which God has called us to be in.. we need to pace ourselves and check our heart again.. what is our motive of serving so hard... so that we don't burn out. =)

Anyway I;m really excited for building fund.. still confirming the amount and i need a job..! Yep so still waiting for my miracle job from God.. I still have to service my study loan til Dec too.. This week's cg sermon strengthened my heart and my faith once again. It is such a privilege to be part of this church; it is such great privilege to serve His people in this House of God. When you have a revelation of this, serving becomes easy, meaningful and fulfilling...

Went JB today with ah ru and lex today... it had been a long time i been there..
Didn't shop much but managed to get mascara at a few dollars cheaper..
Ate a (not-worth-it) jap buffet @S$25 bcos we were already half full by then..

Sigh someone lost the pouch i gave..heart pain can cos it's so nice lor.. anyway so maybe now i can use tat colour le lor..

Got 2 interviews coming.. tml and wed 10am =)

Yes I'm blogging at 4.05 am in the morning... cos i'm full after a late supper at Lau Pa Sat..
I love night life cos i'm a night person.. like owl.. Hadn't been out so late for some time le so looking forward to more =)

Was fun. Watched the movie Resident Evil with alan, alex, jer, juan.. Hm won't say it's a bad show but just those kind that i will just close my eyes when the music intensifies.. Then also Juan kanna suan by the 2 ppl the whole night (as usual) ha..

Recently had many cravings for food.. suddenly feel like gg for a feast or suddenly wanna eat ice-cream etc.. haa..

Watched Secret online too.. don't need Michelle's DVD already since someone so busy won't be free to watch hai.. show is nice but really a fantasy story...

Had been sending quite a lot of resumes out but seems like i'm not suitable candidate to some and the same companies are still posting the jobs online haha..

Hadn't been well since Monday.. started with sore throat on Mon. Just 'confirmed' that the virus came from Oscar Room on Sun by RJ! ha... Then Tue fever and headache so took panadol.. Wed til now is running or blocked nose.. This virus very powerful and spreads fast cos affected quite a few ppl i know.. Eugene got it too.. and makes you not feel like just sleeping and not do anything..

Yep.. Suddenly tired again when i just woke up just now.. Finally finished 21 Episodes..

Anyway i love this very very nice (but sad) new song by 李玖哲 called 想太多...Makes me wanna cry ha.. Read the lyrics it's so true.. Enjoy..
