I'm really griefed and in low mood. Already bit down because Dear has booked in again, but more bcos today the Devil has succeeded in a decision to let go of her own salvation (for something non-lasting). Not that i'm perfect but i guess some convictions and biblical moral principles are expected and uncompromisable. I am lost for words cos i know i can say all i want but the decision was made. Feeling 'betrayed of trust' in the friendship that no longer can she cheer me on in my walk with God and in my serving. I've seen many fallen away due to this particular reason but it has not happened to a friend so close before, and it's heart-breaking. I know we treasure this friendship much but as the cg sermon last wk mentioned.. it'd be different. I may still love her as a friend but i dun think we can share each other's burdens at the same frequency anymore.
If u are in church long enough, u would know that every time when it's the season where God is doing a new work in the church, it's where ppl in the church are sifted out: either u become more fervent for God, or u get burnt out and fall away. So which category are u today..
